What happens when the ball is about to go down, it has potental energy. Now based in my reasearch, potental energy is when you are holding the energy inside the object. When you let go of the ball and that it bounces, that is kinetic energy. From my reading, it says that the kinetic energy is when the object is moving which is the moving energy. Also in my reasearch, I found when all of that is mixed together, you get the mechanical energy

Good job Jeffrey but you made minor spelling mistakes. Potential is spelled like this. You also had good details though and it was very descriptive when you put in mechanical energy. So, in all you did very well Jeffrey.
