1. What is the difference between a lunar eclipse and a new moon?

The difference between the new moon and the lunar eclipse is that the lunar elcipse is when the Earth is between the moon and the sun and that it shows nothing but only for a few seconds. A new moon is the side without sunlight reflecting off of it and happens all of the night.

Nice job of explaining but if you use the format, your writing would have been better.
